Refund and Returns Policy

DMV Pinballs works hard and believes in customer satisfaction but also realizes we all live in the real world where mechanical devices are known to misbehave! If your machine decides to misbehave we are here to stand behind all manufactures warranties and will help in any way we can to get you back up and rolling the silver ball as quickly as possible.

 

Our 12 month warranty includes new and refurbished products, covers telephone diagnosis and repair and replacement of defective parts for up to one year after you receive your machine. Our warranty also covers labor on the first service call within the first 60 days after you receive your machine or product. 

 

We strongly believe in keeping it simple. Just call or email us. No need for formal forms or “must be in writing”. We got into this business because it should be fun for the customer and us as well so we try to keep it that way!

 

Additionally, you wouldn’t be looking at this page if you hadn’t already purchased something- so thank you for your order! And we get it. Returns happen. Here is how we work returns and exchanges. We will:

  • Happily issue you a refund for the cost of the item (minus return shipping) if you change your mind or if you ordered the wrong item
  • Gladly exchange an item if you find it to be defective
  • Absolutely replace items damaged during shipment but PLEASE do not discard its original packaging!

In all of the above cases, please email us to initiate your return. Please include the following information in the request for return/exchange:

  1. Order name and order number
  2. Item(s) you are seeking to return
  3. In the case of damage or defect, please include a photo of the item 

Once your return is received, your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit (if applicable) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Our products are built to last however breakage of some parts can occur during gameplay. We guarantee our products against breakage due to design or workmanship.

 

Delivery Times:

Any estimates given are subject to change and are dependent on time and method of payment, product availability, and turnaround times of shipping companies. In general, items can take from a few days to a few weeks to deliver. New items that are in stock can typically ship right way, while refurbished items may need to be cleaned and tested before they are ready to ship.
